I went home this weekend which is always exciting.
Oh! The other day in the library, I ended up staying in the library for over thirteen hours. But I got ALOT done!
Then, last night I went to my brother's football game at his high school (we didn't go to the same high school.). He doesn't play football. He is in the marching band.
So I went to the football game to watch the marching band haha.
Now. This town that my family lives in cracks me up.
They are more intense about the football games than the college I go to. (Both of them put together in fact.)
I mean like imagine something you see in movies with the yelling, screaming, cheering, helicopters dropping off the mascot (yes, that SERIOUSLY happened last year at their homecoming last year.) it is intense man.
But here is the thing. They are good.
Last night one kid ran both a 48 yard run with a touch down and then as if that wasn't impressive enough, an 86 yard run with a touch down.
And last night was the rival game.
I mean the guys behind me was getting into like you would imagine would happen at pro games.
Sorta cracked me up.
But they won. 21-7.
I am telling you. It was an intense game.
Although, I cannot help but wonder why cheerleaders kick their legs up high when they are excited.
Now, I am a dancer and posses the ability to kick my leg up high, but when I get happy or excited about stuff, I don't try to kick myself in the head.
I will however jump around. And that in itself is very fun.
Also I am told when I am happy I skip when I walk, just a little extra bounce in my step.
So, I am at home. Doing more homework. Cuddling with Sir Reginald, Duke of Chutney. My yorkie.
No school until Tuesday and no work until Tuesday either :D
Happy Labor Day weekend y'all. I am gonna hang out with my brother now.
(Also, we love to jam out in the car... its like a tradition. One I hope sticks when we get older and have our own families.)
See y'all on the flip side :D
